Pheasant Network is a DeFAI super app and Ethereum bridge powered by optimistic interoperability technology and Circle's CCTP for larger USDC transfers. It lets users type a plain-language prompt, such as "bridge my ETH from Base to Arbitrum and swap it for USDC," instead of doing each step by hand.
In Q3 2022, Pheasant was selected for an Ethereum Foundation grant in the Layer 2 category, which the project's docs list as grant support. The exact grant amount hasn't been disclosed. However, in its seed round announcement, Pheasant Network reported $2M raised across the seed round and ecosystem grants, naming the Ethereum Foundation, the Optimism Foundation, and Polygon Labs among its backers.
