Quip Network is a hybrid compute network that enables node to solve optimization tasks for real-world companies in finance, AI, logistics, and more powered by a unique PoUW consensus and validator reward mechanism. On top of that, it offers a separate quantum security services for wallet users and developers, letting them to add the quantum-resistant signatures to each transaction. As of October 2026, its website self-reports 500+ testnet nodes, 20,000+ quantum-resistant wallets and $1M+ in protected value. $QUIP is the native token, used as a shared compute credit, network fees, rewarding validators, and votes on emissions via veQUIP.
According to CoinLaunch research, the Quip Network crypto project has raised $50K as a winner of the “2025 Casper Start-Up Challenge” startup pitch competition program. However, the main role in funding the project most likely pays its parent company Postquant Labs.

What is Quip Network?
Quip Network is a decentralized marketplace for quantum and classical computing power that aims to make quantum compute affordable by reselling idle time on machines like D-Wave’s alongside CPU, GPU and ASIC capacity. Like other DePIN protocols, it connects companies in need of classic or quantum computation power with owners of such resources, who become the network’s nodes and execute tasks assigned to them by those companies. At the same time, the Quip Network quantum computing protocol extends the list of tasks that solvers can execute, from classic AI cloud and computation services to finance, logistics, manufacturing and science tasks. It also introduces a unique reward model that pays based on the output the node provides, using the unique Proof of Useful Work (PoUW) consensus. In the PoUW mechanism by Quip network quantum blockchain, miners compete on the same real optimization problem, and the best solution wins the next block. This way, the node that finds better answers faster earns more $QUIP, however much raw power it brings.
Separately, it offers post-quantum protection for existing wallets and tools, including MetaMask, Phantom, Ledger, WalletConnect and others. For wallet or tool users, Quip network lets them install a Chrome extension, connect the wallet they want to protect, and create an account to add a quantum-resistant signature to every transaction. Meanwhile, wallet developers can integrate the network directly into their app through the Quip Network SDK. In September 2026, it launched two more products, expanding the quantum resistance services it offers: QVRF, a quantum randomness service and the network’s second subnet, and QuipSwap, a peer-to-peer order book for bridgeless atomic swaps signed with post-quantum keys.

As of October 2026, the project reports 500+ active testnet nodes, 20,000+ quantum-resistant wallets, $1M+ in protected value and 160 PFLOPS of peak useful compute. According to CoinDesk, about 13,000 researchers signed up at testnet launch.
🪙 $QUIP token:
$QUIP is a confirmed native token of the Quip Network crypto ecosystem that works as a shared compute credit. It is used to pay fees and reward node operators, while part of the fees is used to buy back QUIP and pair it into permanent 50/50 liquidity pools. No token burns were introduced. The project also mentioned an inflation of 40M QUIP per year, allocated to subnets once the total supply of 1B is reached through vesting, with veQUIP lockers voting on how it is split between subnets. As of October 2026, there’s no announced dates for Quip Network TGE or Quip Network airdrop yet. On September 4th, 2026, the project announced that testnet activity earns Quip Points, which convert to $QUIP at TGE.
✅ Quip Network pros:
❌ Quip Network cons:
Ran the wallet-launch campaign to bring real value into quantum-protected wallets;
Launched the Quest campaign;
Launched the Mindshare campaign for community explainers;
Opened the public testnet, combining quantum and classical hardware in one trustless marketplace;
Shipped post-quantum protection for Bitcoin on Arch Network, with no soft fork required;
Sponsored Quantum.Tech World 2026 in Boston, racing a D-Wave annealer against a classical solver in 1,930 live portfolio rebalances;
Launched QuipSwap, post-quantum cross-chain swaps on an order book;
Launched QVRF, verifiable randomness from real quantum hardware;
Started Quip Points to test QuipSwap, nodes and wallets before mainnet;
Route emissions to two flagship subnets: Ising optimization and QVRF; Open additional subnets via veQUIP token-escrowed governance; Pool and entangle distributed QPU capacity (multi-decade effort).
Quip Network is a quantum-classical network built by Postquant Labs that turns users’ idle computing devices into an asset by letting them solve optimization tasks for finance, logistics, AI or other industries and earn rewards. It also offers separate quantum-security services, including post-quantum signatures that can be added to wallet transactions, the QVRF quantum randomness protocol, and the QuipSwap P2P order book for atomic swaps.
The native token, $QUIP, pays network and transaction fees, rewards miners, and is the unit locked for emissions voting.
On 3 September 2026, Quip Network crypto project launched a points farming campaign, with the main ways to earn QP being interactions with Quip Network and its projects. Points are confirmed to convert into $QUIP at TGE based on leaderboard position. 10% of the initial QUIP supply is reserved for all community programs, and this campaign’s share of that 10% will be set at TGE, not before.
