RWAPerp is an onchain perp DEX on X Layer focused on leveraged RWA trading. It provides users with access to popular equities, indices, crypto and commodities, as well as some unique stocks of Korean and U.S. data chip providers. It also features an equity-focused risk engine handling overnight gaps, halts and corporate actions, plus an AI Agent Mode for natural-language trade execution.
According to a Finanzwire post, the RWAPerp crypto company has closed a $2M private round at a $50M valuation. Backers include only angel investors, such as Lime co-founder Brad Bao, Cresta AI co-founder Tim Shi, Tesla Autopilot team member Phil Duan, and Crux’s William Freiberg and Charles Ferguson, plus scouts from a16z and Sequoia. The funds will support core infrastructure, liquidity and global market expansion.
