Contributors earned XP through three pillars: contributor yield on vouched ETH and market positions, periodic rewards from content engagement and weekly validator lotteries, and multipliers that stacked up to 2.5x+ based on credibility score, streaks, and holdings.

How to join Ethos Network - Season 2 Contributor Rewards?
Season 2 required an Ethos profile. Users could join via invite, self-serve if their Ethos score exceeded 1400, or through prior $WHUF auction participation. Once inside the app, participants needed to complete “The Decision” (burn 50% of existing XP for a Season 2 NFT or stake it with validators) to fully participate.
XP was earned by vouching for users (staking ETH), holding or trading in reputation markets, creating reviews/posts that received engagement, and maintaining activity streaks.
Actions such as writing reviews or voting on slashes cost XP, creating skin-in-the-game. Multipliers from credibility score (up to 2.5x), daily streaks (up to 2.75x), Validator NFTs, and delegation bonus compounded earnings. All activity was trackable on the Contributor XP page. No traditional KYC was required.
