How to join ETHToronto Hackathon?

ETH Toronto is an annual hackathon focused on blockchain technologies, held in Toronto, Canada. This year, the event will be held in a hybrid format: online from July 13 to August 21, 2024, and in-person on August 13-14, 2024, at Rebel Entertainment Complex.

 

Participation Options

At ETH Toronto, you can participate in various roles:

  • Hackers: Join individually or as a team for a chance to win prizes.
  • Attendees: Attend workshops, visit booths, and participate in side events.
  • Speakers: Inspire and educate new Ethereum developers.
  • Volunteers: Get behind-the-scenes access and help organize the event.

All hackathon participants also receive free access to the Blockchain Futurist Conference.

  • August 13-14, 2024: In-person events at Rebel Entertainment Complex, Toronto
  • August 21, 2024: Online hackathon submissions due

Step-by-step Guide

  • Fill Out the Application Form: To participate, fill out the Google form here.

  • Enter Your Country of Residence: Provide your country of residence in the appropriate field.

  • Enter Your City: Provide the name of the city where you live.

  • Select Your Role: Indicate whether you want to participate as a hacker/developer or in another role (mentor, judge, attendee). Note that spots for mentors, judges, and attendees are limited.

  • Accept Participation Terms: By applying for the hackathon, you consent to being included in the marketing mailing list to receive updates about current and future events. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in emails or by contacting [email protected].

  • Wait for Confirmation: After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
