Lombard Finance is a liquid restaking platform powered by the Babylon chain. It enables users to earn rewards from restaking while maintaining full control of their funds with its $LBTC LRT which is tethered to the Bitcoin in a 1:1 ratio but grows overtime as the Babylon chain starts distributing restaking rewards.

How to join Lombard Finance - Retrodrop (Airdrop)?
To participate in the Lombardfi points farming campaign, you need to acquire some Bitcoins either on Ethereum ($WBTC) or BNB chains ($BBTC), visit the website of the project, connect your wallet, and stake any amount of $BTC. Since the Babylonchain is only at the MVP stage of development and doesn’t offer any APR, you won't be receiving any yield from Bitcoin staking, but there is still an option to deposit your $LBTC holdings into the supported DeFi apps.
As of November 2024, there are also not so many DeFi apps supporting the $LBTC, which is why we won't be able to demonstrate many staking routes for Bitcoin. Nevertheless, there are still existing options to deposit $LBTC on Pendle or LP on Uniswap, as well as proceed funds into Lombard Finance’s DeFi vault, which provides liquidity to the four main DeFi apps like Pendle, Morpho, Gearbox, and Uniswap to earn.
We suggest you deposit the $LBTC directly to the DeFi vault in the app as it offers a more diverse strategy or yield, meaning APR will be less volatile in the future plus, as UX on the website suggests, you can also receive 3x Veda points + 2x Corn network points + 1x Babylonchain points + 4x LombardFi points!
