Mythical Games is a Web3 game development studio founded by the former Head of Studio at Activision, the company behind iconic franchises like Call of Duty. It offers multiple tools and services that enable the integration of crypto economies into existing games. Mythical Games backs and develops the DeFi game tech company, Mythos Foundation.
On September 4th, 2024, the company, in collaboration with Mythos Foundation, launched a quest campaign called Mythos Forest, allocating over 2M $MYTH (~$400K) to the campaign. How to join Mythical Games - Forest Quest Campaign?
The Mythical Forest is a quest campaign aiming to reward 3,000 of the most active participants with a prize pool of 2M $MYTH tokens, valued around $0.188 at the moment which means the entire prize pool worth around $400K:
- The top 1-1000 participants will earn 900-45,000 $MYTH, the higher their place in the rank, the bigger reward is;
- Every top 1001-2000 will get 400 $MYTH;
- The top 2001-3000 will receive 200 $MYTH each.
To climb up the rank, you need to farm Mythical crystals by completing various quest tasks divided into five main stages, including:
1. Enter the forest
This stage requires you to complete a few social tasks related to the Mythical Games and Mythos Foundation. Verify your social media accounts and complete all activities to earn 50 crystals.
2. Meet the wise man
The second part of the quest allows you to earn 80 crystals by completing all the steps. It includes a quiz based on an article about Mythical Games, along with a few social tasks related to the Mythical Games co-founders.
3. Cross the river
In this part of the quest, you can earn an additional 100 crystals by completing all tasks. You’ll need to complete some advanced social tasks related to the Mythos Foundation, such as adding $MYTH and 🌳 emoji to your bio on X, and adding the token to your watchlist on CoinMarketCap. You must submit a screenshot for each step as proof of work in the required sections.
4. Endgame (fight a bear)
To earn even more crystals during the Forest campaign, you can buy and hold a minimum of 20 $MYTH tokens in your wallet on Ethereum or Polkadot.
First, visit the campaign page, connect your wallet, and sign a message. Then purchase the tokens via MEXC, Gate.io, HTX, or Uniswap, and continue to hold them until the end of the campaign on October 13, 2024, to keep earning crystals.
Each $MYTH token in your wallet earns you 2 crystals per week, with a minimum requirement of 20 $MYTH and no limit on the maximum number of tokens that can be held.
According to the quest description, $MYTH holders will earn the most rewards and prizes. Additionally, if you purchase and hold tokens on both Polkadot and Ethereum networks, you’ll receive a one-time bonus of 90 crystals.
❗️ However, always do your own research before proceeding, as the price of $MYTH may significantly fluctuate by the end of the campaign, so be aware of the risks.
5. Endgame (referral)
In addition to completing quests yourself, you can invite others to join the campaign and receive 20% of their earned crystals. You’ll also get a one-time reward of 80 crystals when you generate a referral link and post it on X with #mythicalforest, tagging @playmythical and including your referral link.
6. Additional rewards:
Mythical Games offers additional weekly rewards of $MYTH tokens based on the following criteria:
- Content creation: The top 100 weekly content creators, handpicked by the team, will receive 200 $MYTH;
- Referrers: The top 80 weekly referrers will be rewarded with 333 $MYTH;
- Random: Each week, the team randomly selects 50 users who completed any web3 quest in the campaign and rewards them with 400 $MYTH.
