Solana Foundation Grant

dTelecom is a Solana DePIN marketplace, founded by Petr Malyukov and Vadim Filimonov, where node operators supply bandwidth for voice, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice creation and keep 75% of payments, at a claimed 50–95% discount to Twilio, Agora, and LiveKit. Calls run on a horizontally scalable WebRTC SFU with sub-100ms multi-region routing, agents pay USDC through x402, and the planned $DTEL token is for node incentives, not this grant.

On 23 July 2025, dTelecom said it had completed all 3 milestones of a Solana Foundation grant, including onboarding Solana-native projects onto dMeet. No award amount, start date, valuation, or use of proceeds was published. The grant is non-dilutive and separate from Google, ElevenLabs, and peaq.
