How to join Flying Tulip - KOL Round?
All Flying Tulip investment rounds share identical terms: 1 FT = $0.10, targeting up to $ 1 billion. Buyers receive NFT-wrapped FT tokens with a built-in principal-protected PUT, allowing redemption at par while the tokens remain inside the NFT. Removing FT from the NFT forfeits protection, while transferring it passes the PUT rights along.
This round is dedicated mostly to institutional investors. To participate in the Flying Tulip KOL Round, a minimum investment of over $25M is required. Interested investors should contact [email protected]. However, if you want to participate with a smaller amount, you can look for KOLs or funds offering pooled investment options.
