MetaDAO allows founders to define key terms such as minimum raise and monthly budget, while keeping flexibility over how much capital to accept after the sale. If the minimum target is not reached, all funds are refunded; otherwise, investors receive tokens pro-rata and the founder chooses how much of the raised capital to keep.
