It allows users to contribute, tokenize, and monetize their data on-chain, enabling AI startups to use this data to train new or improve existing AI models. $VANA is a utility token of the network, the main utility of which is to power its security, give users access to the governance processes of the platform, and pay fees.
According to the Vana announcement, it recently hosted a $5M Strategic funding round from Coinbase Ventures. However, the exact deadlines of the round aren’t disclosed.
