Harmonix is built on Hyperliquid’s L1, using HyperBFT for transaction consensus and synchronization, HyperCore to run core products like perps, staking, spot, and HLP, and HyperEVM as the execution layer where Harmonix and other protocols operate. Instead of locking users into static returns, it balances upside exposure with sustainable yield generation. For example, staked ETH positions maintain price exposure while being looped through protocols like Pendle to extract additional yield;
• Downside Market Yield: Harmonix continues generating returns even in bearish conditions through Funding rate arbitrage on platforms like GMX and Hyperliquid, and Options hedging using OTM options to turn volatility into revenue. This ensures stable earnings regardless of market direction;
• Precision Execution System: To maximize efficiency, Harmonix routes trades across multiple DEXs for the best pricing and minimal slippage. Its proprietary system compares lending and funding rates across protocols and automatically reallocates capital to the most profitable opportunities, without requiring user input.
