Meet48 (IDOL)
Meet48 is a decentralized idol incubator in the Southeast Asia region that aims to incentivise the growth of the idol industry in the region via its diverse SocialFi metaverse. It provides idols the ability to acquire a larger awareness via the Meet48 ecosystem while users can vote for, join the virtual meetups, or even distribute content of their favorite idols.
It is powered by the native $IDOL token, which is used for governance, and most likely will act as a main currency within its emerging ecosystem.
Since its inception in 2022, the platform has raised an undisclosed amount of funds from leading investors, including Hashkey Capital, Animoca Brands, and others. On June 10th, 2025, it has also announced an $IDOL IDO on Binance Wallet, but the raise target hasn’t been disclosed yet.
