Ondo Perps is the perpetuals exchange purpose-built for tokenized equities, letting traders go long or short on leading U.S. stocks, indices, and commodities 24/7 with up to 20x leverage. Ondo Perps fees are 0.01% maker and 0.025% taker.

The project solves a structural problem plaguing other RWA perp venues: market makers normally have to double-collateralize, posting stablecoins on the perp platform and maintaining separate inventory at a traditional brokerage to hedge. Ondo eliminates that by allowing market makers to hedge directly using tokenized securities as collateral within the same system, thereby unifying capital and tightening spreads.

Ondo perps DEX tokenized stocks collateral is USDC or Ondo's own tokenized equities as collateral, with margin calculated at the portfolio level rather than per-position for better capital efficiency. Spot holdings and perp positions coexist on the same platform, so hedging a tokenized stock is as simple as opening an opposite perp position in the same asset, with no bridging capital across platforms.

Ondo Perps perpetual futures execution runs through a matching engine inside an SGX hardware enclave, independently verifiable by a decentralized attestor network, meaning no operator, including Ondo itself, can tamper with trade execution. Markets currently span major U.S. equities (AAPL, NVDA, TSLA, and more), indices (US500, US100), and commodities (oil, gold, silver), with new markets being added regularly.

🪙 Ondo Perps token: Ondo Perps launch date is June 9, 2026. No official details have been disclosed regarding a separate token so far. Most likely, if there's any Ondo Perps airdrop, it would come in $ONDO tokens rather than a standalone asset, but the possibility of a separate token or a future migration can't be ruled out either.
