🤔 What is world.xyz?

world.xyz is a prediction market on Solana with unique project and token launch mechanics that helped it go viral across crypto Twitter. 

World XYZ prediction market lets users bet on specific outcomes - crypto, macro, sports, etc., by buying outcome shares priced between $0.01 and $0.99. The higher the demand for an outcome, the higher its chance to occur, and the higher its share price. When the event resolves, the winning outcome's shares rise to $1, while all others become worthless.

World XYZ app aims to challenge the dominance of centralized prediction market platforms by removing the need for Web3 users to move funds off-chain and trust opaque systems. it also the first project to replace Kalshi, the largest centralized prediction market, for powering "predictions" section on Phantom Wallet.

world.xyz solana prediction market gained massive traction across the crypto community through a unique marketing approach. It withheld all details about product features, direction, and other info until its launch announcement on July 1, 2026, creating a strong hook for hundreds of influencers.

Instead, its journey began with the launch of a memecoin, $WORLD, on Pump.fun -  before it had even posted on Twitter, drawing massive attention from the crypto community. A week before the product announcement, the token graduated on the Solana chain, reaching an ATH FDV of $12M days after the announcement. On June 24, 2026, it even became one of the most-followed projects/accounts by KOLs within a 6-hour span.

🪙 World XYZ token: On June 23, 2026, the project conducted a World XYZ TGE, with $WORLD memecoin, graduating from Pump.fun on the Solana chain. As of July 2026, there's no explicit information on whether World XYZ will launch a new utility coin or integrate the existing token into its app to give it utility.

The app is still in beta, supporting Phantom Wallet predictions, but its own official website is still in development. This gives users a chance to register for the waitlist and interact with the app early, potentially qualifying for a World XYZ airdrop or other contest.

However, given the 100% token unlock at TGE for $WORLD, there's a possibility that there will be no World XYZ airdrop. Still, the chance is never zero, and with open waitlist launch of World XYZ own app for predictions trading, there’s a chance for any other rewards or even airdrop from the project.
