Arcium is a parallelized confidential computing network that allows developers to build and deploy privacy-preserving decentralized applications through encrypted computation and zero-knowledge proofs. It serves as the privacy base layer for blockchain transactions, enabling compliant privacy for users and merchants while maintaining full composability with existing protocols and ecosystems.
The native token ARX powers the network by incentivizing validators through staking, facilitating payments for encrypted compute resources, and enabling governance participation.
In November 2022, Arcium (then operating as Elusiv) raised $3.5 million in its Seed funding round, co-led by LongHash Ventures and Staking Facilities Ventures with participation from tier-1 investors including Jump Crypto and NGC Ventures.
