Mocaverse is an Amonica Brands-affiliated platform with its native token - $MOCA.
$MOCA powers the Moca Network. This network is built as a cultural economy of associated “subnets” and their users. This cultural ecosystem covers such topics as education, gaming, governance, sports, music, etc.
The network consists of two main elements: Core Network Infrastructure and Network Participants.
The Moca Network is built on the LayerZero v2 protocol. $MOCA is a fungible token (FT) with a total supply of 8,888,888,888 tokens.
On December 8, 2023, Animoca Brands raised additional $11,89M for Mocaverse from the 2nd private funding round. The investors included Block.One, Polygon Ventures, OKX Ventures, Dapper Labs and Foresight Ventures. As part of the raise, the Company has granted to participating investors a free-attaching utility token warrant (at a nominal price) on a 1:1 dollar basis with a 30-month vesting schedule.
