Omni Network is a crypto protocol that aims to unify Ethereum L2 scaling solutions into a single system, as Ethereum was designed to be. It is powered by the dual PoS model, drawing security power from staking EigenLayer restaked ETH and its native $OMNI token. Additionally, the $OMNI token is also used for participating in DAO votings within the platform.
On April 26th, 2023, the company closed a Series A funding round, raising over $16.5 million, according to Binance research. While the exact names of funds participating in this round are undisclosed, it is known that Omni Network investors include Coinbase Ventures, The Spartan Group, and some other funds.
