Blackhaven is a reserve-backed treasury protocol on MegaETH L2, designed to address a key challenge across the ecosystem: the liquidity capture problem. It allows users to deposit MegaETH’s USDM stablecoins for a fixed term and earn a base yield, plus additional MegaETH ecosystem rewards.
$HVN is the platform’s native token, used for staking to earn rewards from Blackhaven’s growing treasury, as well as for governance.
On February 9th, 2026, the Blackhaven crypto project launched a $HVN ICO round on the Sonar launchpad. The sale’s FDV and target raise have not yet been disclosed.

Blackhaven is a pioneering liquidity and reserve protocol inspired by Olympus DAO’s ecosystem-owned liquidity model.
It is designed to help the MegaETH ecosystem accumulate its own on-chain reserves and acquire deep, long-term liquidity for dApps. Blackhaven functions as a reserve-backed treasury where users deposit USDm stablecoins and receive principal-protected, fixed-term notes called RBT Notes, similar to bonds in traditional finance.
The treasury deploys deposited capital across approved MegaETH protocols, shares the generated yield with note holders, and reinvests surplus returns to grow protocol reserves. Over time, this creates a permanent capital base that remains within the MegaETH ecosystem and powers sustainable liquidity.
RBT Notes mature at a predefined schedule. To reduce price manipulation and ensure the relationship between market price and its real value, Blackhaven implies the Backing Arbitrage Module. BAM is an automated on-chain mechanism that continuously arbitrages deviations between RBT’s market price and its Net Asset Value (NET).
🪙 Blackhaven token: According to the docs, $HVN is the native token of the platform, used for governance, earning rewards from treasury growth via staking.
On February 9, 2026, the project announced a $HVN ICO on its official website, using the Sonar ICO launchpad’s KYC infrastructure, similar to MegaETH L2’s token sale in 2025. The sale’s FDV and target raise have not yet been disclosed. However, users can already register for the upcoming sale through their Sonar launchpad profiles until February 17.
Following the recent launch of the MegaETH mainnet and the upcoming Blackhaven token sale, the CoinLaunch team conducted a comprehensive review of the project to assess its strengths and risks:
