The GAIB crypto project aims to bridge AI and blockchain finance using its core components:

• Off-chain components: GAIB partners with cloud providers and data centers to structure GPU-backed financing deals (debt, equity, or hybrid), secured by enterprise-grade clusters, over-collateralized and audited for risk, with default recourse through GPU liquidation or continued hosting to keep generating yield;
  
   
• On-chain components: GAIB’s smart contracts enable minting/redeeming of AID, staking into sAID for liquid yield, and integrating with AMMs, lending, yield-trading, derivatives, and vaults, turning tokenized GPU assets into composable DeFi primitives with customizable yield strategies;
  
   
• $AID: An AI Synthetic Dollar, backed by GPU financing deals and treasury bills, minted with USDC or via swaps. When staked, it converts to sAID, a liquid yield-bearing token, enabling users to earn real-world returns while maintaining liquidity and access to DeFi use cases like lending, trading, and liquidity provision. However, there is an ongoing Points farming campaign, allowing users to interact with the app by locking their funds and earning Spice Points in return.
