Lombard Finance is a Bitcoin liquid restaking protocol with its own LRT, LBTC coin. It allows users to earn yield from the Babylon chain AVS services while having full control of their funds in the form of a liquid token $LBTC which is tethered to the real $BTC in a 1:1 ratio.
Since its launch in 2024, the platform managed to attract investments from some notable crypto funds such as Binance Labs, Polychain Capital, and others, which collectively invested over $17M into the project.
